Time manipulation- Though only temporary he can move through time using this to save himself and those around him from harm.
(Note this ability has a heavy tax if used to much it can leave him drained and in need of his lamp.)

Pact maker- Though he seldom makes pacts with people like many djinn you can ask him for a single which depending on your wish the price may be high or low.
Wish granting- Able to grant wishes. (like the wish spell) anything can be wished for but personally will not make someone love you or raise the dead
