Cain was born in Eladrin.  His aunt was the Former Queen Gisselle of Eladrin.  He was raised as a ranger by his father, his mother disappeared when he was a child.  His father never really remarried.  He would galavant around the kingdom, definitely his fthers son when it came to women until he had met Guen.

A hundred years into their relationship and five years later he had ended up turned by Guen.  Now a Wylde he assists with the children.  They have been together for about a hundred and twenty years now and going strong.
