DarkStone Castle sits up on a cliff surrounded by dragons and other creatures that inhibit the area. The dragons below are Arcana's pets, raised by her and bred for one purpose, to safeguard her structure. She also has other safety features if one happens to get passed her pets. The castle itself is over a thousand years old and recently restored. The decor is rather dark and yet at the same time strangely welcoming.
The castle comes complete with a main hall, library, indoor garden, outdoor garden, 176 bedrooms complete with washrooms, 4 kitchens complete with butleries and ice houses, 2 sitting rooms, 3 ballrooms, 4 studies, 2 confrence rooms, an indoor public wading pool, an indoor garden, an outdoor garden, 2 apothecaries, 2 chapels, a dungeon, and its very own graveyard.
Most usually are welcome in this dreary yet elaborate castle, the guardians of the scaley kind can usually tell when one is not wanted near Arcana. Besides even if those unwanted guests do happen to make their ways inward, they may find themselves not able to make it out. Arcana can go from hall to hall without being seen, she may find you before you find her. The rumors go that the walls are as cold and dark as her heart, but if one really knew her, one would know that is not the case....well maybe a little. Mostly is just she fancies that style of decor.
The throne room or the main hall as most call it is probably one of the grandest rooms of the castle, with celings up to sixty feet high completely stoned structure with the throne certainly being the center of attention. It is definately fit for a dark Queen such as Arcana. Sometimes she throws the most Grandios balls within that very room just sheerly for its size, its beauty and most importantly comfortable seating. She has three other ball rooms of sorts, but those are mainly used for either weddings, funerals or court .....though usually the punishment for most large crimes such as theft, attempted murder, murder or rape is death so court is rarely exercised unless its under extenuating circumstances. She has 560 staff running the castle within, 300 guards surrounds the castle in and out besides the dragons, and 4 divisions of soldiers under her command. In case you don't know your military math...
